These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "the user", "the customer") and ML BRAND ("we", "us", "our"), which operates the ML CastBebe service (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, purchasing credits, or creating videos, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use the Service. An Account is created for you automatically after your first successful payment, using the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of that email, for choosing a secure password, and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service lets you generate AI talking-baby videos from images and scripts. Each video generation consumes one (1) credit. Credits are consumed at the moment a generation is started. Credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged between accounts. The quality and outcome of AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed.
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are charged as one-time payments through our payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge for the selected Pack. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect Packs already purchased. We do not store your full card details — payment data is handled by Stripe.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase only, subject to both of the following conditions:
Once you generate your first video, the guarantee no longer applies and the first purchase becomes non-refundable under this clause. The guarantee applies only to the first purchase; any subsequent purchases are not covered by it. To request a refund under this guarantee, email mlbrand.ltd@gmail.com from the address associated with your Account.
Except where required by applicable law, purchases that fall outside the 14-day money-back guarantee (including any purchase after you have generated a video, and all repeat purchases) are final and non-refundable. If you believe a technical fault prevented delivery of a paid video, contact support and we will review it in good faith.
You agree that you will not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:
You are solely responsible for the Content you submit and the videos you generate, publish, or share.
You retain ownership of the Content you submit, provided you hold the necessary rights to it. You grant us a limited license to process and store your Content solely to operate the Service and deliver your videos. You represent and warrant that you have all rights and consents needed for any image or material you upload.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or brand without prior written permission.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Brevo (transactional email), and cloud and AI providers used to generate and store videos. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Generation times are estimates and may vary depending on third-party providers.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated results will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your Account if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits are not refundable upon termination for breach.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Naples, Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
